The event is jointly hosted by ICOMOS India and the School of Cultural Texts and Records, Jadavpur University, with support from R V College of Architecture (RVCA) and the National Scientific Committee – Heritage Documentation.
The program will consist of three sessions:
1. Inaugural Session:
- Welcome Note by Dr Rima Hooja, President of ICOMOS India, and Prof. Dr Abhijit Gupta, Director of the School of Cultural Texts and Records, Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
2. Technical Session:
- Expert Lecture by Dr. Peu Banerjee, PhD, School of Architecture and Planning, Delhi, on the "Underlying Rules of the Ek-Ratna Laterite Temple form (17th-18th Century Bishnupur, West Bengal)."
3. Discussion Session:
- Discussion and Conclusion Session led by Dr Mainak Ghosh, Joint Director of the School of Cultural Texts and Records, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, followed by a moderated discussion and concluding remarks by Bikramjit Chakraborty, ICOMOS India East Zone Representative.
Mr. Ujjayant Bhattacharyya, Assistant Professor, RVCA, Bengaluru, will moderate the overall program.
